The Moving Ahead Program provides extra support to immigrant and refugees who have difficulty settling in Canada. We can work with youth one to one and go with them to important appointments such as to medical clinics or schools. MAP workers can help you with job search, resumes, school applications, and improving your English. We have group services, where you can meet other youth to practice your English, learn about Canada, and go on field trips!
Everything is FREE, and we give snacks, bus tickets, and training certificates such as First Aid and Food Safe. If you are new to Canada and between the ages of 16 and 28 years old, call 604-637-1307 to learn more or to join!
